Inclusion is not just about speaking or creating safe spaces, or men and women, it's a way of life for each one of us. Kindness and civility doesn't take much. What's important is we understand the importance and inculcate the values from an young age. Unlearn, relearn and embrace the new dynamics and as educators, as individuals just be more mindful of making each one we meet a little more comfortable being themselves! Founder of Sva Eternal, an educator, and a lifelong diversity and inclusion advocate. She specializes in creating safe spaces to bridge the gap as students advance from the classroom to the workplace. With focus on the mental and emotional well-being she works on creating safe and inclusive spaces for each individual . With her core strength in working with the LGBTQAI+ community, individuals with disabilities and special needs she is currently also the Maharashtra State Chair for G100 Diversity & Inclusion Wing. She works with different schools for the lower economic families to create awareness about mental health, addictions, better education systems, self care and creating inclusive classrooms. For her work in the field of education and inclusion she has various recognitions and awards, "Iconic Women Creating Better World For All" By the Women Economic Forum, "Humanitarian Warrior in education" By WAOW Foundation, IIHM Teachers day Award to name a few.
