Samsung Isn’t Fixing Recalled Washing Machines, Some Consumers Say | TODAY

Last November, Samsung announced it was recalling nearly 3 million defective washing machines. Some have shaken so violently that they exploded, causing injuries. But now some consumers are saying the washers are still dangerous, even after the company vowed to fix them. TODAY national investigative correspondent Jeff Rossen reports.
