Yeonmi Park is a North Korean defector and human rights activist who has become a leading voice for freedom around the world. In her viral talks, viewed online nearly 350 million times, Park urges young people to recognize—and resist—the true oppression that exists in North Korea and around the world in communist and socialist countries. Park is the author of While Time Remains: A North Korean Defector's Search for Freedom in America, published on February 14, 2023.
