4 Ways to Lower Anxiety & Stop Worrying
Chronic worrying has been called a ’thought disorder’, but it’s more a misuse of the imagination, and not just ‘all in your head’; worrying has consequences.
We can use our imaginations more productively to stop worrying, giving ourselves room to breathe. These 4 tips will help lower anxiety and stop worrying using solution-focused problem solving.
