Hog Island Osprey Nest ~ Bald Eagle Grabs Steve Trying To Defending Nest w/ SLO MO 5.28.19

Steve arrives with a fish and comes to the nest where Rachel will take it and fly off. Steve goes to incubate the eggs and is just getting settled on them when he sees an eagle flying towards him - he gets up to defend the nest and the eagle grabs Steve and carries him off for a couple of seconds. Steve manages to break free and we see him fly off to the right following the eagle. There have been eagles in the area and this one saw the fish and was planning on stealing it as they are opportunistic hunters. Steve has just returned back to the nest today 12:43 PM 5.29.19!!
