The Three Little Pigs Song Lyrics:
Ooo, oh yeah!
Three little pigs built their houses one day.
The first little pig built his house out of straw.
But he didn’t like it, he didn’t like it
when the wolf came along.
He wasn’t happy, he wasn’t happy at all.
Little pig, little pig, let me in.
Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin.
Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.
Oooo. Ha ha ha, that’s right, baby! I’m the big bad wolf!
Three little pigs built their houses one day.
The second little pig built his house out of sticks.
But he didn’t like it, he didn’t like it
when the wolf came along.
He was in an awful, he was in an awful fix.
Little pig, little pig, let me in.
Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin.
Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.
Ooo Ha ha!
Three little pigs built their houses one day.
The third little pig built his house out of bricks.
And he was ready, he was ready
when the wolf came along,
‘Cause he had not used any straw or sticks.
No way.
Little pig, little pig, let me in.
Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin.
Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house in.
Oooo. Ha ha ha. Hey, wait a minute
the house is suppose to fall down.
It didn’t!
I’m the big bad wolf and I huffed and I puffed.
But wait nothing’s happening.
You silly wolf, you can’t blow down bricks.
Oh, you little pigs stop that give me some respect.
I’m the big bad wolf, now.
You can’t blow down my brick house.
I’ll blow your house in. I will, I’ll huff and puff.
Just do all you want. Huff and puff.
Just you wait, you’ll see.
Blow yourself blue in the face. You can’t blow down bricks.
You better watch out. I’m gonna blow your house down.
I will, just you wait and see.
This story about the three little pigs and big, bad wolf can be used as a teaching lesson about building your life with a solid foundation. You will be much better prepared to face life’s challenges though careful planning, getting a good education, and developing your skills. Hard work and persistence will pay off. Too often, we don’t teach kids the importance of planning and being prepared for unforeseen adversity. That especially applies to health and finances but other areas as well. Whenever we build a solid foundation using good values and habits, it doesn’t mean our lives will be easy. It means we can better handle tough times and be ready when good opportunities come along. Not only does it help us, but we can better serve and protect the ones we love and care about.
The straw and sticks represent lazy habits and only living for the moment. They symbolize lacking self-discipline. The story of the three little pigs is a true classic tale that dates back to at least a published version in 1890, but it’s probably much older than that.
