College cop caught lying in traffic stop 3-8-2017

Look out!

At- southwestern community college, Chula vista, CA
Who? Officer "rojas?"
Why???? No reason

I just pulled into the school zone, waited for the pedestrians as seen on the video, and got pulled.

He said I rolled the stop sign, but clearly I stopped for a good 9 seconds.

Maybe he thought the yield was a stop sign..

Once I informed him of my dashcam I showed him the video and was immediately let go. I regret not taking this to court. Though I was in a hurry for a math test.

He said, " I must have just seen you as I looked up."
Which in my opinion is not good enough reason to stop me.
Common mistake or caught lying?

After I filed a complaint, and contacted his supervisor/sergeant - jorge sanchez , this was deemed as an accident, though he refused to watch this video. either way it's bs.

Please share this video so it can get more attention, people like this don't deserve a position of authority. They're giving the police a bad rep.
Edit: the black car in front of me Did roll the stop, but how tf did the cop get red and black mixed up???

If I didn't have the camera I'd have no way to prove my innocence to such a convinced moron.
