This video describes what it takes to heal your inner child, the signs and symptoms and my 3 Part Protocol for healing the wounded inner child.

Additionally, this video explains the relationship between your wounded inner child, your shame voice (or wounding inner self talk), and your internalized mother (or parent) and how they all interact with one another.

The 3 Part Protocol involves learning to set up your life using:

Self Nurturing
Self Safety
Self Soothing

All 3 parts focus on what you need to do AND say to heal your inner child.

Basic to all 3 parts of the protocol: "What does my body need right now?" and "What would a loving, internalized mother (or mothering energy) say and do to help love, guide and protect me?"
