Esther the Wonder Pig | Steve Jenkins & Derek Walter | TEDxStLawrenceCollege
The dads of Esther the Wonder Pig draw our attention to their life-changing experience after they adopt what they once thought to be a micro pig...
In just a few short years, Steve Jenkins and Derek Walter, dads of Esther the Wonder Pig, have cemented a place for themselves among the world's most well-known and successful animal activists. With a focus on humour, and creating lasting connections between people and animals, their "Kindness Is Magic" approach to advocacy has caught the attention of well over one-million followers from all over the world. In 2014 Steve and Derek founded the Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary in Campbellville, Ontario, where they continue to rescue abandoned and abused farmed animals.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
