Alberta's government has launched the next phase of its 'Alberta is Calling' program in B.C, Ontario and Quebec.
It is aimed at enticing workers in the skilled trades to make the move to Wild Rose Country, with a $5,000 tax credit as a sweetener.
But as Heather Yourex-West explains, the province already has a flood of new residents, and all that migration is making life less affordable in Alberta.
