Looking Crappy in Pix? Here's the Fix

1. Not using the tongue trick - fix: press the tongue on the back of your teeth

2. The lighting is all wrong (overhead or sunshine outside) - fix: diffused light (like in front of window) is the best

3. Looking greasy - fix: adopt a better skin care routine and program

4. Double chin from pulling back - fix: chin up and out

5. Posture sucks - fix: back and chest should be up to look as tall and lean as possible
