Video shows arrest of Washington woman accused of killing her 4-year-old son

EVERETT, Wash. — Newly-released body camera videos show the early investigation into the disappearance of Ariel Garcia, the 4-year-old boy from Everett who prosecutors allege was killed by his mother Janet Garcia in March.

Janet Garcia is awaiting trial in Snohomish County where she's charged with murder for stabbing her son dozens of times and then leaving his body on the side of I-5, according to court filings.
