The detective caught on video handcuffing a nurse has reportedly been fired. The Salt Lake City Police Chief said an internal investigation found Detective Jeff Payne violated department policy by arresting nurse Alex Wubbels. Body cam and hospital surveillance video show the altercation at the University of Utah Medical Center where Payne was seeking a blood sample from an unconscious patient.
