Shaw Direct / StarChoice Satellite Dish Problem (Model 60E dish)

Have you purchased a Shaw Direct / StarChoice Satellite Dish from Kijiji and it isn't working properly?

This is the 2nd time in three years I've come across a modified dish.
The typical Model 60E dish used in lower Canada has an arm on it that supports the LNB. It is EXACTLY 17 3/4 inches long (17.75").
The first dish that I discovered the problem with had a 22" arm
The dish in this video has a 16" arm.
In both cases, signal strength will NEVER be maximized.

If you're building a dish from spare parts, PLEASE USE THE CORRECT PARTS!!!
