Yutu remains a super typhoon - 6am PHT Oct 27, 2018
Typhoon Yutu is still on course for the northern Philippine islands as a borderline Category 5 storm with winds extending outwards up to 350km. The storm is likely to strike early next week and could still be at a similar strength if it does make landfall in Luzon. Taiwan, and the coast of China should also continue to closely monitor this storm, as some model runs take it further north in the long term.
