55g icing sugar
50g egg whites
60g granulated sugar
red gel food colouring

Raspberry filling:
55g raspberries
65g soften unsalted butter
40g icing sugar

Painting the macarons:
red, lemon yellow, juniper green gel food colouring
almond extract

55克 杏仁粉
55克 糖粉
50克 蛋白
60克 白糖
红色食用色素

覆盆子内馅:
55克 覆盆子
65克 软化无盐黄油
40克 糖粉

手绘马卡龙：
红色、柠檬黄、杜松绿食用色素
杏仁精
