The 14th Amendment plan to disqualify Trump to 'fail': Matthew Whitaker
Former Acting US Attorney-General Matthew Whitaker says the plan to use the 14th Amendment to disqualify and remove Donald Trump from the 2024 US presidential ballot will fail.
“This is just an aggressive way for the left to try and keep Donald Trump off the ballot,” he told Sky News host James Morrow.
“It's going to fail.
“They are afraid of him, they are afraid of how effective he will be in a second term.
“And how effective he will be in fighting back against the deep state and the bureaucratic quagmire that is Washington DC.”
