Biltong. A great alternative to beef jerky

How to make biltong. A South African dried beef recipe. Perfect for carnivore diet and keto diet. A great alternative snack or in addition to beef jerky. Cheap to make. High protein, high fat, low/no carb.

Marinade recipe: Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup, 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar or honey, 1 tsp of Himalayan salt, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp coarse ground pepper.
Combine in a big bowl until all salt and honey/sugar is dissolved.

Coat the thickly sliced meat in a bowl, cover, then let sit overnight in refrigerator.
The next day, place in dehydrator https://amzn.to/2SdKQdI for 12 to 16 hrs. Upon completion, you can slice or keep the meat in large chunks. Stores in refrigerator for 30 days or freezer for 90 days. But I highly doubt it will last more than a few days! Enjoy!
