PlayStation 2 Crystal Clock Bug - Boot ROM v01.20 (Europe)

Soo while trying to replicate another clock bug (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcTPsiaRXCU) i came across this bug here. Keep in mind it doesn't always work, and it might take a couple of to get it to work. Just set the clock to "2099/12/31 15:59:59" and try until it works! I didn't do much testing on which Boot ROM versions are affected, but v01.50+ don't seem to be affected as you can set the time up to "2099/12/31 19:29:59" and even after fiddling with the minutes and seconds as I did in this video it just goes to "1999/12/31 19:30:00". And by the way, didn't get the clock bug in the linked video but whatever, this is good enough. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The exact Boot ROM version i used as displayed by PCSX2 is "Europe v01.20(02/09/2000) Console"
