State Dept. Deputy on Israel's Humanitarian Pauses

State Department deputy Vedant Patel comments on Israel's agreement to daily, four-hour pauses in operations inside Gaza to allow more civilians to depart and to facilitate an increase in humanitarian aid. He says there is a humanitarian corridor allowing civilians to flee the northern part of Gaza and another route in the south.
