- Purist difficulty
- Suit Only
- All evidence collected
- All bodies hidden, including already dead
- No non-target kills and no knockouts
- Fiber wire used to kill main targets (accident kill here)
- Firearms used sparingly and only for distractions
- Maximum possible score under above conditions

- I skipped the first chapter because it's just an interactive cutscene.
- Wade can't be killed with fiber wire, the best alternative is killing him with steam.
- I didn't get the top score in this video because it would be against my rules (no unnecessary violence and doing things fast). I did everything that was in my power -- hid all 3 dead orphanage guards and grabbed the evidence. To get the highest possible score you have to stealthily kill everyone on both levels using the medical syringe and hide as many bodies as possible. Syringe is unique in that it gives you "Silent Kill" bonus (+150 base points) and only "Pacification" penalty (-100 base points) with "Body Hidden" providing another +100, so unlike any other weapon you can actually earn points for performing kills.
