2020 Yamaha MT-03 First Ride Review - The Best Bargain in Motorcycling?

In the US, the MT (Masters of Torque) lineup has consisted of the MT-07, MT-09, and MT-10. For 2020,@Yamaha Motor USA has brought the MT-03 over as well. Based on the YZF-R3, the newest (and littlest) MT is approachable and affordable, at just $4,599. Is it the new best bargain in motorcycling?
