With so many things happening in the world right now, what sort of emotions are you feeling? Anger could be a sign that someone has wronged you. Sadness could be from grief or something you lost. Jealousy would be from wanting something someone else has. Emotions serve to let you know how you’re being affected by the things going on in your lives and in yourself.
