DUAL PC STREAMING SETUP - Step by Step (THE EASY WAY)

I just set up my Dual PC-system and I just couldn't get everything to work. Here on YouTube there's a lot of videos that doesn't really help at all with my setup but here is the way I got everything to work with my headset connected to my GAMING PC and with no delay to the streaming PC.
