The History of Honda 1970–1979

In the 1970s, long before other engineering companies, Honda began to consider the effect its engines were having on the environment. By the mid-'70s the company started to build its engines to meet new demands for decreases in environmental pollution.

This period, covered in the video on this page, also saw the development of some of Honda's best recognised models in the car market.
