Implementing Pathways for Cancer Early Diagnosis (I-PACED)
The Optimal Care Pathways map the journey of care that should be provided to people for specific cancer types. They aim to foster an understanding of the whole cancer care pathway from prevention through diagnosis to treatment, survivorship and end of life care.
The I-PACED project is offering two educational sessions delivered to GP Practices in the NWMPHN region by specialist Cancer Council Victoria nurses about the bowel and lung Optimal Care Pathways and the implications for their practice.
