Church Farm Ep3 - Tour of SIPS manufacturer (SIPS@Clays) for eco friendly housing development

Church Farm is an eco-friendly housing development being built primarily out of SIPS, structurally insulated panels. This series aims to document the building of the Church Fram housing development using SIPS.
In this episode Andrew McMillan visits the SIPS manufacture he's working with on the Church Farm development and takes a tour of their SIPS manufacturing facilities. Owner of SIPS@Clays, Ian Clay, explains how the panels are received from Kingspan and then cut to size based on the designs. Ian also explains how the panels are prepared for maximum insulation and how the SIPS houses are structurally secure using wooden joists, glulams and steels.
