The 2021 Haval H6 is one of the cheapest midsize SUVs on sale. Despite having a generous level of equipment, the new H6 is cheaper than a base model Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX-5, Volkswagen Tiguan or Ford Escape. So, what’s the catch? Well, in some ways the new Haval is not as good as those cars – but in other ways, it makes mainstream SUVs seem quite expensive. The Haval H6 starts at $30,990, before heading to $33,990 for the tested Haval H6 Lux and then on to $38,990 for an H6 Ultra AWD.
