HOW TO GET THE 4000 DAMAGE BADGE 'EASILY' IN SEASON 12 - Apex Legends

Today, we set aside our ranked ambitions for a challenge - I was on the hunt to get the 4k damage badge for Pathfinder, who would only be the second Legend I'd ever managed this feat with. Solo queue can make this a lot harder due to the randomness of the matchmaker when paired with teammates of unknown skill, but with perserverence...can anyone get 4000 damage in Apex Legends? Well, if I can do it, pretty sure you can too. Question is, could I do it twice?
