When Builders DON'T FOLLOW the PLANS
Success in building an aircraft kit relies on carefully following the plans and instructions. Once in a while, a builder will deviate wildly from those instructions for the purpose of creating their own version of the manufacturer's original design. This has to be done with great caution for safety and performance reasons. Watch as a master builder, Mark Phillips presents his highly modified Zenith CH701 creation.
