Mario Kart 64 - Choco Mountain SC 3lap - 17.42 (PAL)

Getting in my yearly 3/3 on the 8 year anniversary of the discovery of the weatertenko. This isn't a combined WR, but it's the best time for the PAL system. More notably, it's a clip of 5/6 hits and also 4 hits in a row. My hit rate these days seems to be around 15% once I get warmed up.
