What Are The PROS and CONS of LIVING in FLORIDA?

If you've been thinking about moving to Florida in the near future, it is crucial to know what are the pros and cons of living in Florida. Because Florida can be a paradise, but there are also negatives about living here too.

This list is based on my 12 years of living down here in Florida. I came up with this list pretty randomly, so not everything I mention in the list is like "one v.s. another" or the complete opposite. More just like random observations over the years that I think are worth knowing / mentioning if you are planning a move here.
