Jeremy Soule (Skyrim) — Secunda [Extended] (With wind)

Jeremy Soule does it again. A homework edit already exists of "Secunda", but I extended it out to an hour and made some minor tweaks to the amount of silence at the end before the loop. A mild wind effect added artificially. Other than that it's original.
