Rockshox Recon Travel Increase and Lower Leg Service

My Rockshox Recon is due for a lower leg service so while I'm in there I also increase the travel from 130mm to 140mm. I wanted to do this to be able to run a slightly lower pressure to get a better balance between sag height, suppleness, and diving under hard braking.

For the lower leg service, I used:

Isopropyl Alcohol

5w30 motor oil in place of the recommended 5w oil
