I used fresh green and purple flowers - you can use any color combination you like! It takes only about 10 minutes to make a card like this, so if your looking for ideas for simple and quick cards for mass production, a bunch of silk flowers with a bow is definitely a great option!

Sequins are optional but they're really cute!
