Such a little puppy lives in a bird cage outside

Dog Rescue Shelter got a call about small puppy living outside in a bird cage, not protected from wind and rain puppy was there for a few days.

We didn’t steal the puppy, we just helped Mini. She was in a small cage with no food, dirty water and very bad condition. She will be in the foster and soon she will be ready for adoption. Her ex owner will be able to adopt her from us if he make a better condition for puppy and after sign adoption contract. She is still baby and must be in a house, not in the cage outside!

🔴 UPDATE: She is dewormed and cleaned of flea/ticks and soon she will get a first vaccine against infectious diseases, then two more. Soon Mini will be ready for adoption.

Today we went again to find Mini’s owner, he was at home. He agreed that the conditions were not good for puppy. He told us he got this puppy one week ago as gift from his friend.
We aksed him why Mini was not in the house and he said because she everytime cry to go in the yard, but he can not let her there because the yard is not fenced from each side and she can go out on the road.
