Washington Dulles Airport Traffic Control Tower Tour

Had an opportunity to visit Washington Dulles International Airport Traffic Control tower. Thanks Smokehouse Pilots Club for organizing such a nice tour. The Smokehouse Pilots Club is based in Leesburg VA (KJYO).
Learned two interesting things.
1. Whenever an airplane is released for IFR south-bound at KJYO, all big Boeing, Airbus jets to be departing Runway 30 at KIAD are lined up, no takeoffs until the airspace is cleared from your Cessna by Potomac. Does that mean these big jets have to wait 5? yes! I will think twice if I plan to depart IFR south-bound from KJYO, especially during IAD rush hours: 0600-0900, 1100-1300, 1700-2000 and 2200-2400.
2. When you go to a big airport like KIAD, if you are not 'crystal clear' of how to get to FBO, just ask for progressive instructions. Air traffic controller will be much happier to provide you progressive instructions than your screw-up such as -- don't know where you are, turn onto the wrong taxi-way etc.
