A Pair of Unusual Kutrite Scissors from the Car Boot Sale . What are they??

A couple of years ago I found this interesting pair of scissors at the car boot sale (Flea market) They look like they were made by the KUTRITE company.

I have no idea as to their original use but, hopefully, someone out there will know 👍 They are curved and made for a specific job.
