One Pot Cooking In A Campervan // 3 Easy One Pot Meals

One Pot cooking in a campervan, with the right equipment, can help you cook easy RV meals fast without a whole lot of mess. I mostly cook with the Instant Pot and I love cooking with the pot-in-pot method which makes it great for solo RVers. Reasons why one pot cooking is amazing:

1. Easy clean-up since there's only the one pot
2. Quick cooking in a campervan
3. With limited space in an RV and campervan, the ability to use the least amount of utensils and pots for healthy cooking.

My Hymer Aktiv campervan has more counter space than my Winnebago Spirit did, which I love and means that I can cook meals easier as well as prep. My favorite is one pot cooking in the Instant Pot and making a smoothie with my Vitamix blender. Two of my must-haves for an RV or campervan.
