All I Need - Gianluca Bezzina & Paul Bezzina ft CAMHS - Shout Out For Mental Health Project

"Shout Out for Mental Health project was supported by Il-Premju tal-President għall-Kreattività, managed jointly by the office of the President and Arts Council Malta.
The project involved holding weekly therapeutic group sessions with children and adolescents using the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Malta (CAMHS), during which a song was developed. The lyrics reflect the feelings and experiences of children and adolescents who sought mental health support in the community or required hospitalisation at the time of the project. The young people emphasized that they will always encounter difficult moments and struggles, however, it is important that one never gives up. They expressed that it is important to talk to others or seek help when passing through a difficult time because a solution can always be found.

This project was done in collaboration with singer Gianluca Bezzina and songwriter Paul Bezzina who together with the YPU team led the weekly groups and eventually recorded the song. We hope that through this song we raise awareness about mental health in children and adolescents and reach out to those young people who are encountering mental health difficulties but are apprehensive about reaching out for help."
