MTL City - the first settlement of Montelibero in Montenegro

We present to your attention a visualization of the MTL-city project, which has already become a kind of visiting card of the entire Montelibero movement.

The project to create the first libertarian settlement in Montenegro has been implemented since 2021. You can get acquainted with its history and track the current state on the website or in the telegram channel (see links at the end of the description).

Please note that the video provides only a general visual representation of the project - the exact planning parameters, specific architectural solutions, as well as utility infrastructure management issues are developed in the local community of MTL City real estate owners.

It is worth recalling that, contrary to the persistent myth, the Montelibero project is by no means limited to the construction of the MTL City village. This is a broad international movement whose members are inspired by the goal of building a free society in Europe through politically motivated emigration and support for libertarian reforms in Montenegro as a whole. The creation of an MTL city, in turn, creates a minimum material base in the form of affordable housing, a comfortable environment and a small but stable income.

You can take part in this project either simply by purchasing shares of the MTL Fund, or by connecting to specific investment projects related to MTL City. Someone will be attracted by the opportunity to buy a plot in the village itself. Others will be interested in the scheme of collective buyout of neighboring plots (this is done through a specialized MTLand token). You can participate in the creation and development of the capital of Montelibero as a tenant, share developer, camper or even just as a tourist. True, there is nothing much to see there yet - well, except for the beautiful landscapes that are usual for Montenegro and ... the miracle of the transformation of tokenomics into material objects )
