I'll settle with this for now, made lots of misstakes but I'm pretty happy with the run considering how clunky, random and annoying Rage can be. This is most likely the world record, by a lot. Now I'll focus on a segmented run but I will probably return to single segment once that is done since I'm likely to find more stuff along the way.

I cut out all the loading screens (I think) to make it more enjoyable to watch. The encode is pretty bad but i think it's bearable in 720p with small window size.

Highlights/explanation:
0:02:32 Loading the autosave created to skip some time in the ark.
0:11:56 Zoom glitch that's lets you activate things from distance.
0:18:59 Jumping on an invisible box and then up on the car to faster get to the Major.
0:32:02 Another way to get to the Majors office faster using ramp jump.
0:37:08 Completing another task while Kvasirs bridge is building by riding up the cliff.
0:42:55 Ramp jump to get over an obstacle, skipping a fight with a mini boss and some mutants.
0:51:46 Dropping RC bomb car from elevation and then going back the way I came from, normally you would kill everyone in that area to open a door. Poor design i guess.
0:52:40 Strafe jumping to get under the closing door in time, skipping Bomb Cache 3. The mission was to destroy all the bomb caches but you still succed if you skip it. :D
0:52:49 Using a wallclimb/jumpclimb glitch by standing on a specific spot where a invisible wall appears once the button is pushed. Was pretty hard to position myself correctly so that took some time, but overall i saved time because of the elevator being so slow.
0:55:25 Again moving faster then you're supposed to in order to get under the gate before it closes.
0:55:40 Maybe not highlight worthy but i killed the "key ai's" to trigger the gate to open, you can hear the friendly say "Get that damn gate open!" when it already is. Afterwards i made a ramp jump to get to the toxic canister somewhat faster.
1:01:48 Going under the road you are supposed to and riding up the cliff instead (notice the fabulous 270 jump, 10/10 if I might say so myself).
1:04:43 Ramp jump to get over the "laser fence", not really necessary since it's an escort mission but I like to do it anyway.
1:26:14 Strafe jump then crouch to skip the "fire fence" by moving faster then it triggers, normally you would have to kill 2 big guys before fire fence opens again.
1:28:40 Probably the biggest single skip in the game so far. Ramp jump up to the generator to jump over the invisible walls and get down to the lower level of the building. Saves about 4 min based on other speedruns that doesen't take advantage of this skip.
1:31:45 Ramp jump to skip the gate. Quiet happy that i managed to do it directly without stoping.
1:32:05 Skiped one of the rails with circlejump.
1:32:34 Skiped some of the elevator ride, this can be done a lot better.
1:35:27 You don't inherit the momentum of the car when you exit it, therefore I could jump out of the car just before it hit the ground to survive the fall. This skips blowing up the gate and a longer car ride, saves about 40-60 sec i believe.
1:38:54 Walk faster while chrouching by holding a specific angle to the wall, an old trick that works in every game with strafejump mechanics. Works while standing as well, but then strafejumping is preferable in most cases.

Other than that tricks like dialogue skips, radio fast travel skips and strafe jumping to the best of my abilities were used. In the later parts i used turrets as well, really effective in some situations.
