How Nom Wah Tea Parlor Keeps Old Chinatown Old | Generation Next | Bon Appetit
Wilson Tang inherited the oldest restaurant in Chinatown from his uncle Wally, who started at Nom Wah Tea Parlor as a dishwasher in the 1970s. Tang kept the classic 1950s decor but transformed the menu into all-day dim sum, diner-style.
