Lower Body Workout

Hello 🙂 In this video I show you some of the exercises i did during my lower body workout day. I did 3 supersets of the exercise but in the video, I just show you individual exercises. ❤️ Also, I am just a beginner with weights so I have to warn you that my form may be bad. At least I tried my best. I want to promote a healthy lifestyle in my channel so expect to see more exercises to come. I hope you will like it. Also, it may look like the exercises are easy, but they are not. haha! it killed my legs.😂

From 140lbs ➡️ 127lbs (and still overweight, yes! overweight cause i am very tiny🤫)
Goal weight: 112lbs
Will keep you updated! And will make a transformation video (before and after) once i reach my goal weight. I hope that happens!
