Instead of just teaching a specific dance move, or a short little combo of dance moves (which are both fun & great) - today i'm going to show you something a little different.

The secret to getting better at almost anything is to actually learn the building blocks of your skills, the things that you need to repetition with repetition is the most important aspect to this.

The best dancers spend lots of time doing 'drills' or 'exercises' to help open up their joints, create new muscle memory connections, learn rhythms, master body control and promote a greater understanding of their body movements.

You NEED to be doing the drills on a regular basis to level up consistently, if you always keep learning moves and routines, this will ultimately hold you back in the long term, as you are neglecting the building blocks of dance.

I've created a 3 part series on unique drills and exercises that you can use to help make you a better dancer.

In the striptease dance style, male strippers are always focusing their sexual energy through their body control.

Male Strippers use dance as a tool of seduction, and we first must understand our body inside and out before being able to master a striptease routine.
