430WHP 4AGE 1.6L Turbo
Advanced 5D 3 stage Closed Loop Boost Control Strategy onboard Link G4+ Evo 3 ECU for the combination of GT3076 & Tial 38mm through MAC four port solenoid on this 81.5 x 77 4AGE 16valves
Street Mode : Boost by speed on every individual gear, boost spike clamped at low speed for response and slowly reduced at high speed for durability
Race Mode : Automatically switched with E85 mode, soft spooling boost once launched for traction and maximum clamp at high load all the way up for full power
Safe Mode : Highest priority among other modes for engine protection, zero wastegate clamped after a time frame of 5 seconds boost was above 1bar with referenced to the oil temp, coolant temp & oil press, previous mode will be restored back once map is below atmosphric pressure
Launch Control, Multiple Boost Cut & RPM Cut strategy are enabled with referenced to every available inputs
Worth almost 5 hours on dyno to capture the PID algorithms and shaped the desired powerband with 40x pulls on various gears & temperatures. Elevation compensation calibrated together with auto mode closed loop VE tuning with referenced to fuel rail & manifold pressure differential
Flatshift flame thrower on every gear shift is switchable when needed
