Strengths are the difference between mediocrity and excellence. Mr. Zaidi strongly feels that the school system does not recognize people’s talent. He says, “It is meant to measure success in math and science.” He explains the concept of ‘strength psychology’ which states “all of us have some qualities that we feel energized by and other qualities that de-energized by.” Aman is an educator, a coach and a performance optimizer. He works with individuals and organizations to help them improve their performance, their capabilities and their culture.
