"Kharkiv. The biggest square in Europe is attacked by cruise missile. Freedom Square. Dozens of victims. That is the price of Freedom. Such a morning, people of Ukraine.
This is terrorism agains city, terrorism against Ukraine.
There were no military on the square. As there is no military in the residential districts which are under attack by the rocket artillery
The missile attack of the square is clear not hidden terrorism which will not be forgotten and will not be forgiven
This attack is the war crime, this is Russian state terrorism. After that Russia is a terrorist state.
We appeal to all the world nations urgently and effectively react to this criminal tactic of the aggressor. We demand recognise Russia as a terrorist state. We demand full responsibility for the terrorists in the international courts" - V. Zelenskyy
