China HX-4S-F30A 30A li-ion 14.4V PCM problem and modification for high drain power tools

HX-4S-F30A - cheap chines PCM for 4S li-ion module.
Power tool make it locked, but i found that after adding capacitor (2x 680nF this work for me) problem is solved.
Protection against over discharge still work fine.
I tested it for couple week before release this footage and looks great.
