Easy Art Journal Background using Neocolor II Crayons (Gelatos or Scribble Sticks will also work)
I created this whimsical flower art journal page using the Neocolor II Crayons. It's doesn't matter which watersoluble crayon you are using. This technique works with all of them. You can use Gelatos, Tim Holtz Distress Crayons, Dina Wakley Scribble Sticks, Marabu Art Crayons...
